The showroom concept was built primarily for the trade, geared for interior designers, architects and builders as a place to bring clients to show them how to take a home from ordinary to extraordinary. Fauxtastic Wall Finishes, Inc. is a Decorative Faux Finishing, Mural, Custom Interior Painting and Trade Related Referral Company. The artists of Fauxtastic Wall Finishes, Inc. create vivid embellishments for walls, ceilings, moldings, columns, cabinetry, woodwork, and fireplace mantels. The wide range of decorative finishes from “old world” through “contemporary” styles often serves to provide a sense of thematic unity in a room or home. Our interior referral trade group compliments the rest! In 2001, Randal Ingram and Brian Townsend established Classical Art Studios. Each artist brings over 20 years experience to the joint venture. Since its inception, the studio has produced museum quality murals and trompe l’oeil for both residential and commercial clients. Specializing in classical realism, the artists work intimately with clients to create singular works of art that capture the essence of myriad aspects of life as well as the imagination, be it a figurative depiction or a soft landscape that covers either one or all of the walls in a room. Our works are painted to the highest degree of realism, using only archival artist oils. We have found that, for the discerning client, our creations provide an enduring aesthetic experience. Together, Fauxtastic Wall Finishes and Classical Art Studios have received multiple national awards and have been recognized by the decorative painting industry as premier companies in both the decorative arts and mural painting fields. Additionally, both companies have been featured in numerous magazines, books and television. Mr. Ingram and Mr. Townsend, also known as acclaimed painting instructors, have created and produced multiple educational videos. To add to these credentials, Mr. Ingram sits on the board of directors for the Professional Decorative Painters Association, PDPA.
